Camp Dates, Levels,  & Costs:

Accommodations: All resident campers will be housed in the college dormitories and meals will be prepared by the college food service. Campers will be assigned two to a room, arrangements can be made for 3 to a room if requested. Also, if requested, groups will be roomed next to each other on the same floor. Virtually all written roommate requests are met. Please do not call WCSC about roommate preferences.

Supervision: We select our staff not only based upon their coaching ability, but also their sincere interest in working with kids. We do yearly background checks on all staff. Both the junior counselors and the senior counselors reside in dormitories with the campers providing 24 hour supervision. The dormitories and dorm rooms remain locked at all times. Each camper will be given a card/key to gain access to the dorm and they will be given a code to gain access to their dorm room. Campus security provides additional security 24 hours a day. A trainer will also be available during all practice sessions.

Registration: Resident campers should report to Memorial Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Campers will receive their room assignments and a camp T-shirt. Following registration there will be an orientation meeting and fun and games. Players will then be evaluated and assigned to their coaching staff and team.

Commuters will report to camp Monday morning in front of Memorial Hall. Evaluations and staff assignments for the commuters will take place before the first session.

Confirmation: Two weeks before camp begins, you will receive a confirmation letter via email (unless otherwise requested) and a complete list of the items needed to bring to the camp. You will also find the complete list of things to bring by clicking here.

Group Discounts: Groups of 8 or more from the same team will receive a $25.00 discount per player. In order to receive this discount, teams must have pre-registered together before arriving at camp. Please send all applications together in one envelope.

Application: In order to register for camp, please fill out and print the application form and mail it along with a deposit of $200.00 to WCSC, P.O. Box 291, Sewickley, PA 15143. (bounced checks: $50.00 fee) For resident campers, your balance is payable on the first day of camp. Commuter Campers must be paid in full before the first day of camp.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing 30 days before camp begins. You will receive a refund for the amount paid minus $50.00 for administrative fees.

WCSC Scholarship Program: It is our desire to see that every child has the opportunity to attend camp. If there are extenuating circumstances which prohibit you from being able to afford camp, please send us a letter explaining you situation. WCSC will give scholarships based on need.

Awards Ceremony: are invited to attend the World Cup Awards Ceremony on Thursday evening at 6:30 in front of McKee Hall. If it is raining, the awards ceremony will be held in the dining hall.
