To register for a 2010 soccer camp online, please fill out and electronically submit the below application form. You must print the confirmation page after you submit the form. Then mail your printed copy of the confirmation page along with a deposit of $200.00 to WCSC, P.O. Box 291, Sewickley, PA 15143. (bounced checks: $50.00 fee) Check must be received within 10 business days of electronic submission.

For resident campers, your balance is payable in cash on the first day of camp. Commuter Campers must be paid in full before the first day of camp.
